Effective August 5, 2026
Terms of Use
These terms govern the Lennon Labs site, customer portal, digital products, and related learning experiences.
Your purchase and license
When you purchase Personal OS or another Lennon Labs digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the files for your own work. You may use the system in your own business and in work you perform for clients.
You may not publish, resell, sublicense, share, or distribute the source files, skill instructions, course materials, portal access, or substantially equivalent copies. Your purchase covers the bundle available at the time of purchase; it does not promise lifetime updates, every future release, or future products unless the offer explicitly says so.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for using the email attached to your purchase and for protecting sign-in links and portal access. Do not share access with another person or attempt to bypass product entitlements, download controls, rate limits, or other security measures.
We may suspend access that is being abused, shared, used unlawfully, or used to interfere with the site or other customers. If you believe access was suspended by mistake, contact us so we can review it.
Refunds
If you install Personal OS, complete the guided setup, try it on real work, and genuinely do not see the value, email rob@lennonlabs.com and request a refund. This trial-based policy does not cover a purchase that was never opened or an attempt to keep using or distributing the materials after a refund.
Refunds for other Lennon Labs products or services follow the terms shown at checkout or in the applicable written agreement.
AI tools and your responsibility
Personal OS is a set of files, instructions, and workflows used with third-party AI tools. Outputs can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You are responsible for reviewing results, protecting sensitive information, maintaining backups, and deciding what actions an AI system may take.
Third-party services—including AI harnesses, payment providers, email providers, and hosting platforms—have their own terms, pricing, availability, and privacy practices. Lennon Labs does not control those services.
No warranty and limits
Products and site services are provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free output. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lennon Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site or products.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lennon Labs' total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to that claim. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms as the products and site change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, except where the law requires a different form of notice or consent.
