When you buy a product or use the customer portal, Lennon Labs receives the contact and transaction information needed to deliver your purchase, such as your email address, product, payment status, and transaction identifiers. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Lennon Labs.

If you join a workshop, request a sign-in link, contact us, or use an interactive Lennon Labs experience, we receive the information you choose to provide. Some experiences may process conversation audio, transcripts, generated documents, or an email address so they can return the result you requested.

Our hosting and security providers may collect routine technical data such as IP address, browser information, request logs, and timestamps to operate and protect the site.

We use this information to process purchases, grant and secure portal access, deliver downloads and learning resources, send transactional or opted-in product email, run workshops and interactive experiences, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve Lennon Labs products.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help run the business—such as Stripe, Vercel, Resend, database and video-conferencing providers—or when the law requires it.

Transactional messages are used to deliver sign-in links, receipts, downloads, and important product information. Marketing or learning-sequence emails include an unsubscribe option when required. You can also ask us to stop non-essential email by writing to the address below.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we control. Some transaction records may need to be retained for tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal obligations.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access-controlled infrastructure and short-lived portal sign-in or download links where appropriate. No online service can promise absolute security.

We keep information only as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes above, to provide continued access to a purchase, or to meet legal and accounting obligations. Interactive-session data may have a shorter operational retention period than purchase records.

We may update this policy as the site or its services change. The effective date at the top will identify the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the site, portal, or email when appropriate.
